Gift Ripple® Yoto Giveaway — Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser
This free prize draw is organised by Gift Ripple Ltd (“Gift Ripple”), correspondence address: 167 - 169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF.

2. Who can enter
The draw is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 or over who have an Instagram account.
Employees and directors of Gift Ripple, their immediate families, and anyone directly involved in organising this draw cannot enter.
3. Opening and closing dates
Entries open at 13th October midday and close at midday on 23rd October, using UK local time.
Entries received outside this period will not be included.
4. How to enter
During the entry period:
- Follow @giftripplehq on Instagram.
- Like the original giveaway post.
- Tag a parent who would love this for their little one.
All three steps must be completed by the closing time. Entrants must still follow @giftripplehq when eligibility is checked at the draw.
Entry is free. No purchase, payment, Gift Ripple registration or contribution to a gift collection is required.
One entry per person. Additional comments or entries using multiple accounts will not increase your chances of winning. Existing followers can enter by completing the remaining steps.
Sharing the post is welcome but optional. Sharing does not provide an additional entry or improve your chances of winning.
Automated entries and entries that fraudulently bypass the entry limit will be excluded. Private Instagram accounts are eligible; making your account public is not required.
5. The prize
One winner will receive one brand-new Yoto Player 4th Gen.
No other cards, accessories or subscriptions are included unless expressly listed above. Delivery to the winner’s address in England, Scotland or Wales is included at no cost.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another winner. If circumstances outside Gift Ripple’s reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable, Gift Ripple will provide a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value.
6. Selecting the winner
One winner will be selected from all valid entries within seven days of the closing date, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results. A record of the draw will be retained.
The comment is an entry requirement, not a judging criterion. Its content will not affect the entrant’s chances of winning.
Gift Ripple will check that the selected entrant meets the eligibility and entry requirements before confirming the award.
7. Contacting the winner
The selected winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @giftripplehq within seven days of the closing date.
Please check message requests. Gift Ripple will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, including a reminder where necessary.
The winner must respond within seven days of the initial message and provide the details reasonably needed to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery. If they do not respond, decline the prize or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same random process.
Gift Ripple will never request payment or bank/card details to claim this prize.
8. Delivery
The prize will be delivered by 31st October unless there are any unforeseen delays.
The winner must provide a valid delivery address privately. Please do not post addresses or other sensitive personal information in the comments.
9. Winner information and publicity
To demonstrate that a valid award took place, Gift Ripple will make the winner’s surname and county available on request to hello@giftripple.com for one month after the prize is awarded.
Entrants may contact Gift Ripple before the draw to object to disclosure or request that less information be disclosed. Gift Ripple will respect those requests but may still need to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged.
Any additional publicity, including publishing the winner’s Instagram handle, photographs or a testimonial, will be optional and subject to separate permission. It is not a condition of receiving the prize.
10. Personal information
Gift Ripple will use entrants’ Instagram usernames and comments to administer the draw. The winner’s name, contact details and address will be used to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
Delivery details will be shared only with suppliers or delivery providers where necessary to fulfil the prize. Draw records will be retained for six months after the prize is awarded, then deleted unless a longer period is necessary to resolve a complaint or meet a legal obligation.

Entering the draw does not subscribe you to marketing emails or authorise promotional direct messages. Any marketing opt-in will be requested separately and will be optional.
11. Instagram and Yoto
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from responsibility and liability relating to this promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
The prize is purchased and supplied by Gift Ripple. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Yoto.
12. Administration
Gift Ripple will administer the draw fairly and in accordance with these terms. Entries may be excluded only where there are reasonable grounds to establish that they breach the stated requirements.
The closing date will not be extended because of low entry numbers. Any necessary changes caused by unavoidable circumstances outside Gift Ripple’s control will be communicated promptly and made only where consistent with applicable advertising rules and fair treatment of entrants.
Nothing in these terms limits entrants’ statutory rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
